Did you know that radiation from Japan’s nuclear meltdowns in March 2011 was found in the air, milk, water, veggies, etc. in the U.S. ?

Sometime ago, I did a three day cleanse using unfiltered apple juice. While it did do a great job, I felt the additional sugar, which made the experience more enjoyable, wasn’t all that good for me.

Sorry Candace this is strictly hole in the center kind of cake. I have tried it in square pans even cupcake pans. And no deals. It is a sugar, as in lot of, and temperature thing. In anything but a bundt pan the center does not seem to cook at the same rate or get as hot as the exterior portions. That results in undercooked middles and it usual collapses where the hole should have been. I wish I had better news but that has been my experience. Thanks.

Can you make this carrot cake in a rectangle or 2 square or round pans? I have made your recipe and would like to make it for a birthday and had some decorating ideas that don’t exactly go with a bundt pan. Thanks for your thoughts!
