Okay, this is what invention looks like when you decide not to buy a new dryer and use a clothesline exclusively. And it’s raining outside. And you need clean clothes.
The kids love it. I’m glad Denette and I are flexible, because we do a LOT of ducking from the kitchen to the living room.
Yes, I’m STILL working on a solution. I’m thinking we should just wear less clothing. Problem solved.

Except maybe they smell fresh? When they’re outside, of course. We’ve been trying vinegar in the rinse cycle as a fabric softener. It’s been sort of working. Still adjusting the dosage…

I totally had the same problem this month! This week I held off laundry until the sun came out yesterday…I think I did about 5 loads of laundry!
Hanging inside works fine for MOST clothes. For big, thick socks, not so much. Now I’ve got to wash them again in vinegar. They smell a little “off.” Oy.
